Anurag Shweta Gupta Reviews

Madam - first of all a BIG Thanks to you and a special mention for Vishal too.

I could not imagine how Shweta and me would be able to handle this 8 months pregnancy period without you. Although I belongs to a family where we have lot of relatives and friends in medical profession but to my surprise I have never seen a doctor a person like you in my life. For us you have always been more then just a doctor.

Shweta seen a difficult time during her last many weeks due to complexities but I remember once you mentioned that whenever you used to see my or Shweta number ringing on your phone - you used to concerned that if everything is okay. Reminding us for medicines and tests, asking about the progress, reaching hospital whenever she got pains (sometime even in midnight) - I can bet you are not just a doctor but a very good human being who helps pregnant ladies to deliver in most ideal way. Hats off to you and your spirits!!!

May god bless you and your all family!

Ramneet Kaur Arora
Dear Dr. Puuja Arora Bhatnagar,

I am writing this letter to thank you for delivering my angel girl in to this beautiful world. It was a great journey during my entire journey of being mother hood. I had never seen a doctor so interested in their patients well-being. You are incredible at what you do . My pregnancy had many surprising turns, at the beginning it was sugar level was high and in the midterm it was child weight was less and then finally the cords was round her neck. Although these complications worried me but the way you handle these issues were quite incredible and was always reassured by you. There were many times I called you with questions or concerns, and my issues were always addressed in a timely and caring manner. I never felt like my concerns were dismissed, but always you answered to the best of your knowledge.

Towards the end of my pregnancy, with all the complications and uncomfortable feelings that come along with being pregnant because of ultrasound report was not ok, but the procedure was done with the utmost care and gentleness. How i can forgot you wake up all night during last day and calling me round the clock to ease of my pregnancy. All staff members were sincere in their effort to help me achieve a healthy pregnancy and delivery.
At complete women care I didn't merely feel like a patient, but part of a group that truly cared for the well being of me and my unborn baby.

INFERTILITY

Myth #1: Infertility is almost always a woman’s problem.
Fact: When there’s an identifiable cause of infertility, about half the time men contribute to the female..A male factor is responsible in about 35 percent of infertile couples, and male and female factors together contribute to another 20 percent.

Myth #2: Drinking wine is better than hard alcohol, and it does not affect fertility.
Fact: In women, drinking may lead to irregular menstrual cycles and anovulatory menstruation (menstruation that occurs without ovulation). Alcohol can also increase the risk of birth defects in an expecting mother known as fetal alcohol syndrome (FAS).

Myth #3: Boxer shorts and loose pants are the ideal garb for prospective fathers.
Fact: Underwear style is unlikely to significantly affect a man’s fertility. So ultimately, wearing roomy shorts probably won’t help a man become a father—but it won’t hurt, either.

Myth #4: Little can be done to improve a man’s sperm count.
Fact: Many men who produce little or no sperm have blockages or other treatable conditions. Lifestyle changes—such as quitting smoking, losing weight, and staying out of hot tubs—may also help.

Myth #5: A man’s fertility doesn’t change with age.
Fact: While some men can father children into their 80s or 90s, male fertility isn’t age-proof., a man’s fertility usually begins to DROP after about age 35. The decline is generally slow and gradual, but it can speed up dramatically if a man develops a condition that hampers sperm production (such as an infection in the genital tract).

Myth #6: Infertility means can’t have a child.
Fact: Infertility means that one has been unable to have a child naturally after trying for a year. With the proper treatment, many people have children.

Myth #7: Smoking marijuana does not affect fertility.
Fact: Smoking marijuana can dramatically affect sperm and egg quality, which of course has a impact on fertility.

Myth #8: Weight have no barring on fertility.
Fact: Women with a Body Mass Index (BMI) over 30 or those who are severely underweight may have difficulties with fertility.

Myth #9: Fertility = Ejecutalion
Fact: There is a difference between 'semen' and 'sperm'. A normal count is considered to be 35 million sperms per millilitre. So even if ONE ejaculate normally, but have genetic, hormonal or lifestyle issues, ONE may have low or no sperm count and bad sperm health

Myth #10: Physical fitness means healthy sperm
Fact: having a healthy heart rate, cholesterol and blood pressure is under control, Six packs Abs, Good physique ….is not necessarily an indicator of healthy sperms too. Take antioxidants in time. Strawberries, cranberries and blackberries are rich sources of anti-oxidants., if you are a hard core veggi crucial chemical element called selenium which helps in healthy sperm production. Some selenium rich foods include eggs, meat, chicken and fish.

MYTH # 11: Can't have a baby if one has low sperm count
Fact: Low sperm count is not bad news. " Low sperm count could be an indication of other treatable problems. Lead a healthy lifestyle and quit smoking and alcohol, exercise and eat right. In many cases, the sperm count retutns to normal after certain lifestyle changes. And meet a doctor.

MYTH # 11:Sperm count is the same every time it is examined
Fact: If one has been diagnosed with a sperm count of 10 million per ml, it may not necessarily mean that he has low sperm count. The count varies over a period of days. Variation in the temperature, for instance, can affect a man's sperm count. Advice very hot showers, sperm count is likely to be low because heat is bad for sperm
