MYTHS ABOUT CESAREAN SECTION

Myth 1: The recovery period is very long. Wrong! If everything goes well (and once again, things can go wrong with any method of giving birth), the recovery period is very short and involves no excruciating pain or loss of basic functions.

Myth 2: You will not be able to walk for weeks. Not true at all. We allow leg movements in 6 hrs. , prop up in 6 hrs and full walk in24 hrs.

Myth 3: You will not be able to lift your baby. This is an egregious lie …..rather U can lift any weight that is equal to Baby’s wt.

Myth 4: The pain is excruciating. Operation is done under anesthesia .. less painful than normal delivery

Myth 5: You are left with a disfiguring scar. ALMOST INVISIBLE, can see faint line only.

Myth 6: You will not be able to bond with your baby as effectively. Rather more comfortable becos you can sit comfortably as there is no pain at perineal region

Myth 7: Can’t have full and solid meal for 3- 4 days. With in 6 hrs orally liquid allowed and with in 24 hrs solid food allowed

Welcome to Dr. Puuja Arora Bhatnagar's Complete Women Care : An obstetrics Hub

Complete Women Care are very simple words for this organisation. this is where my wife became a mother and all thanks to Dr. Puja and Complete Women Care that our journey from a couple to a Parent was one of the most beautiful experience. every day was a new experience and under the guidance of Dr. Puja, we were prepared for every complication that came on our way. There is a lot that I want to say, but its a very little place here, only thing I would say - if I was God, I would have made every doctor like Dr. Puja.
Thank you Dr. Puja, for being there with us at every step, you were a strong pillar that we could lean on during my wife'd pregnancy period. once again, Thank you for being a responsible Doctor and an honest human being.
