There are possibly less Doctors in this world that I would rate as high as I would rate Dr Puuja ::: Or possibly none of them ::: For I havent seen anyone invol...ving him/her self and as much committed as Dr Puuja was for my wife Hina at the time of her pregnancy ! A truly heart touching and heart endearing experience :) I just cant thank her enough, ever in my life, for she has helped us getting us most beloved gift of our lives, our Son :) Wishing Dr Puuja and her Clinic/ health care centre many wishes and success :) Way to go Doctor :)

Dr. Puuja Arora bhatnagar has been a great support. I started visiting her clinic in my 3rd trimester, had inhibitions on having to change the doctor late in the pregnancy, but I thank God that he planned it this way. She came like an angel, guided us very well through the pregnancy and gave her best so that I could deliver normally.
She is busy, she is strict, she is straight-forward but at the end she will prove to be the best for you!

While we were all excited about the pregnancy news; at the same time were anxious on deciding the Gynaecologist. Going through childbirth is a mix of immense pain followed by immense happiness. In this journey, the presence of the best Gynaecologist plays a vital role.
We were new to Gurgaon; and choosing Gynaecologist from the available list was an uphill task. Being our first child and away from elders; our knowledge in this subject was near to zero. However our first meeti...ng with Puuja Arora Bhatnagar; gave us the appease that we were in the right place. Dr. Puuja Arora Bhatnagar has all the skill set and knowledge which we were looking for; she is not concerned about the timing unlike others who are very particular on 15 minute consultancy concept. I remember the days when our discussion went for 45 min to an hour as our doubts and clarification requirement was enormous. Dr. Puuja used to patiently listen to our queries; and respond wholeheartedly till we were fully convinced. Her responsive approach; is something which we appreciate from bottom of our heart. Her availability on phone is 24/7; we used to message her at unearthly hours during emergency and she used to respond immediately. Her dedication, motivating skills, & her warmth in attitude places her way above all other gynaecologist who are focused on money minting business.

Our case was bit complicated on the D day; however with her focus, dedication and right approach; on 20th April 2016 we were blessed with healthy Baby-Boy via Normal mode. C-section was never in her scope of work.

I am not sure how to begin to say thank you. When I had to search another doctor in the middle of pregnancy, I was little skeptical whether I would find any other Dr. (like Dr. Swheta) who would understand the delicacy, sensitivity, and preciousness of our case behind which a lot of hope and dream of life was hidden. But a big thanks to Dr. Shweta Goswami (the best Dr. I have ever known) who referred us to you.
Now we can happily say that we are deeply grateful to y...ou for the way you have guided, advised, and supported us as a friend, as an advisor, as a well-wisher, and above all as a great expert in the field. Though you were always available on call but we were astonished when you visited us (after seeing the patients at your clinic) at Fortis to do the NST scan by yourself at midnight to make sure that there is no risk and not a slightest of doubt remains open from reports - A perfect way of Perfection.

I have seen many Doctors in past 11-12 years and I can vouch that your way of working & your abilities are unmatched. If all the Drs. were like you then I believe no one would have a reason to worry ever. I have personally seen no man/woman fighting for 'right things for others' than you.
I have no words to explain the incredible care & support you have given during delivery - Come what may, you were there for visit even in night at 1:00 AM.
Before meeting you, I have always had a little fear in mind about Caesarian delivery. But after all those consultations in previous months, on the day of delivery I was fearless and completely relaxed - A belief in you that developed in my mind and heart was like I have always had on God.
Thank you for all your support- Medically, emotionally and economically. Your contribution in our lives is nothing less than magical. If God exists on the earth then that is not in the statues, temples, or mosques but is in the form of human beings like you
Once again thank you so much for helping us to bring double joy of life with twin baby boys.

I could not imagine how Shweta and me would be able to handle this 8 months pregnancy period without you. Although I belongs to a family where we have lot of relatives and friends in medical profession but to my surprise I have never seen a doctor a person like you in my life. For us you have always been more then just a doctor.

Shweta seen a difficult time during her last many weeks due to complexities but I remember once you mentioned that whenever you used to see my or Shweta number ringing on your phone - you used to concerned that if everything is okay. Reminding us for medicines and tests, asking about the progress, reaching hospital whenever she got pains (sometime even in midnight) - I can bet you are not just a doctor but a very good human being who helps pregnant ladies to deliver in most ideal way. Hats off to you and your spirits!!!

Dear Dr. Puuja Arora Bhatnagar,

I am writing this letter to thank you for delivering my angel girl in to this beautiful world. It was a great journey during my entire journey of being mother hood. I had never seen a doctor so interested in their patients well-being. You are incredible at what you do . My pregnancy had many surprising turns, at the beginning it was sugar level was high and in the midterm it was child weight was less and then finally the cords was round her neck. Although these complications worried me but the way you handle these issues were quite incredible and was always reassured by you. There were many times I called you with questions or concerns, and my issues were always addressed in a timely and caring manner. I never felt like my concerns were dismissed, but always you answered to the best of your knowledge.

Towards the end of my pregnancy, with all the complications and uncomfortable feelings that come along with being pregnant because of ultrasound report was not ok, but the procedure was done with the utmost care and gentleness. How i can forgot you wake up all night during last day and calling me round the clock to ease of my pregnancy. All staff members were sincere in their effort to help me achieve a healthy pregnancy and delivery.
At complete women care I didn't merely feel like a patient, but part of a group that truly cared for the well being of me and my unborn baby.

We thank you once again for giving us a beautiful gift on your birthday to us " LITTLE ANGEL"
